Rhoson Agano

(Cottrell Faberge x Rhoson Nanog)
Standing at stud until sold

Agano was purchased as a foal in 1994 from the Davies Family in Wales. A very kind and gentle stallion as his name implies, with a very lovely head and eye, and gorgeous hunter type movement. Agano is well fitted to excel in North America with the hunter market because of his size of 12.2hh. He has become a versatile commodity in producing both purebred offspring and part-bred large pony hunter potentials.

From a long famous line of under saddle Champions and producers, his pedigree consists of the "Golden cross" of Downland Chevalier and Solway Master Bronze. Agano's pedigree contains almost 100% four generations section B breeding, with the exception of one line in the forth generation to the famous section A stallion Coed Coch Glyndwr born in 1935.

Only lightly shown as a youngster, Agano was again brought out this time by the Fronheiser Family in Junior English pleasure classes and won two Championships (New England Welsh Pony and Cob Society and The Maryland pony breeders Show), along with several other good ribbons.

Agano has produced a number of kind and athletic under saddle ponies. The stud has retained one of his daughters, Lakeview Silver Pockets, who consistently produces quality.
